Hubbs & I had lunch here this week after we did the lake cruise tour. I was super concerned that this was going to be a horrible tourist -trap joint a la anything on San Francisco's Pier 39. Having never been to this city before & a dead tablet, we couldn't "consult the oracle" about the place. We decided to go for it. So, our server, Aaron was a friendly sweetie. When hubbs ordered the tomato bruschetta, he steered him away from that & suggested the asparagus tempura. OMG, the asparagus tempura kicked ass. Wish we had ordered 3 of them. The fresh Caprese salad was a delight w/ fresh Mozzarella & plenty of basil on a spring mix bed. It was a serious bargain @ $4.00 & is plenty for 2, maybe even 4 diners to share. My entree was a disaster! The cannelloni was like eating a mouthful of warm paste, but tasted like artichokes. The flavor was there, but the texture was horrendous. I sent it back to the kitchen. Had the Huckleberry Sangria...YUMMY! Even w/ the good points, I can't give his an "A-OK" rating. I would suggest this place for the sangria, the asparagus & the caprese salad only. Maybe pop in for a pick-me-up after the cruise, but don't stay for an entree. Consult the oracle instead.

Surprisingly, in a town with very mediocre dining, this was very good. The portions were massive, so splitting entrees is a good idea. We had the lasagna, and my husband had the iceberg wedge salad. Both were delicious. We also shared the garlic fries with Gorgonzola with the kids. Those were decadent and, despite the large portion we ate them all. My youngest had a make your own pizza which was a great option. My oldest had fettuccini with clams but the clams were not terrific.

Evan was definitely not the greatest waiter; we had to ask for bread plates, napkins, and silverware after he brought us the garlic bread! Whatever you do, DO NOT order the Mac and cheese!! The was NO cheese or flavor!! The up side...the bake penne with sausage and peppers was flavorful. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Great food and nice people but slow service and lack of knowledge. They were out of a beer and two different kinds of bottles of wine we tried ordering. By the time, we had figured that out, food was almost out. Other than that, great setting and delicious garlic bread to start off the meal.

I have eaten in many places, from dives to the finest establishments in Napa. While I wasn't expecting the best, I was expecting better than we received. I *think* there was supposed to be garlic on the bread, but I didn't taste it. I ordered the same thing I order at every Italian place I go: angel hair pomodoro. I think they made a pile of capellini and dumped a can of stewed tomatoes on top of it and called it a meal. I asked for chicken breast strips, and they cost $4 for a tiny amount. This place is pretentious, inexperienced servers, and bad food while trying to come off as knowing what they're doing. I'd rather eat at Olive Garden.

We only had Bloody Mary's, but the service was great. Also a nice place to people watch on the patio.

This is actually 2 reviews condensed into 1. Our first experience was of the sit-down dinner variety. The server was polite but inexperienced. In fact the entire place seemed to be filled with 18 year olds waiting tables. I have a creamy linguine with shrimp, which was absolutely tasteless and resembled a large bowl of glue. At least a little flavor would have made the over-cooked pasta glue taste better. Totally under-impressed, and not cheap either. Second experience, a month or so later, I wanted a chicken Caesar for lunch. Now for 12.95 I figured this would be a good salad. There I go again...thinking...assuming. This thing came out with wilted and browned lettuce, far from fresh, and had 4, count them 4, small slices of chicken on the top of the salad. When I say small slices of chicken I'm talking maybe 1 ounce of chicken. To give you a visual, consider a typical Foster Farms chicken breast you buy at your grocer, then consider 1/4, 25% of that breast, that's what was on this salad. Holy crap is this what's it's come to? Was this a mistake? Or was this the portion of chicken deemed acceptable by the Hagadone Corporation (he owns this and several other restaurants in town, along with the phone book, the newspaper and the city council). Was this a Good Morning America worthy chicken breast? (The Resort was featured on GMA several years ago). Is this the same Caesar salad being served in Vail or Sun Valley or other locales considered Coeur D' Alene Resort contemporaries? From above, Me thinks not. So if you're in the mood for a chicken Caesar salad, go to Burger King, buy two of theirs to equal the amount of lettuce, end up with twice the chicken at 1/3 the price! Enjoy

We had ok service, very friendly but he seemed to forget to bring us our drink orders every time he took them. We had the bruschetta which I liked a lot, (artichokes, olives, tomatoes garlic and cheese) the mac and cheese (delish) pepperoni pizza (very good crust) lasagna (good but not stunning) and the chicken piccata (best I've ever had in North America).

Tito Macaroni can be summed up in two words, tourist trap. The service is bad. You will probably be ignored when you arrive, shown to a table by an indifferent, unhappy receptionist, and wait 10 minutes for a waiter. Ordered drinks take another 10 minutes. Then the apologizing waiter returns and takes the orders. You will probably wait another 45 minutes to an hour for the orders to arrive. Others who arrived at the restaurant after you will be served before you are. And this was at a time when the place was about half full of customers. The spaghetti is under cooked and could have come out of a can. Canned spaghetti might have been better. The cooks wonder around in the back of the kitchen seeming wondering when the shift ends. We have given this place several chances over the years. If anything, the service and food quality has gone downhill. If fact, we had not been back to the place in 3 years and decided to give it another go. It was a mistake we will not make again. Coeur d' Alene has many better restaurants to spend your hard earned money in.

FANTASTIC. New menu created by Beverly's head Chef. I've had a few different meals here and they've all been wonderful. The staff and atmosphere is great. If you were here a while back and didn't like it, come again!

Overpriced Italian food. Grocery store wine list. Understaffed- Very nice but inexperienced staff. Overdone attempt at a good ambience. No wine list knowledge. Over all: under decent wouldn't dine here again.

They recently changed their menu. I liked the old menu selections better. The kids were able to make their own pizzas which was fun for them. I thought the prices were a bit expensive for what you get.

We spent an afternoon in CDA with some relatives who were visiting and we decided to try Tito's. HUGE MISTAKE - look at the reviews. This according to our relatives was probably the worst food that they have ever been served in a restaurant. Service was pathetic, pasta overcooked, bland and they didn't drain the water off of the plates, burnt pizza, etc etc etc. You could not PAY me to eat there again.

Food is good but service was lacking. No smile from server at all. I know it's hard to be friendly if you're having a bad day but not when you're in a service industry. Now we're waiting to have the bill corrected. We asked server if we were in time for happy hour, made it with 15 to spare, but have been charged full price. Server is not pleased with our asking for corrected charges. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Cute Italian restaurant, right on the main (Sherman) street w/ some nice patio tables. Our waitress, Tessa, was so sweet and friendly. Half price bottles of wine on "Wine Wednesdays," which was nice. The food? Pretty average Italian to me. Pasta was just ok. The wood-fired pizza was pretty good. Just so many unique and interesting places in town, think I'd try somewhere else next time.

While staying at the resort we wanted something close by for dinner - we flipped a coin and ended up here. It was a weeknight about 5pm when we went and it was pretty empty - I have a feeling most people eat a little later. Our wait staff wasn't too attentive considering she only had one table - we had to wait to get water refilled and it took quite awhile to get our bill at the end of the meal. That said the food was pretty good. We ordered the appetizer of the cheesy garlic bread and it was a huge order. I had the Chicken Parmesan for dinner and considering the price it was a large bowl of pasta and a good sized piece of chicken that was very tasty. We didn't have kids with us but I thought it was really cute that kids can make their own pizzas. They set out an individual sized crust and toppings and the kids put the toppings on themselves - great idea!

Wow!!!! Haven't been in a year, and it felt that the menu and food had a complete revamping! The food was just okay before, but with the awesome location we would find ourselves there. I gave it another chance today and .....WOW! the food has become amazing!!!!! Whatever changes were made totally is working! Service was wonderful and food was amazing!

Saturday night in January in CDA is pretty quiet - except for this place. Of all the eateries we passed on Sherman Ave - this was the only one with more than three people, and it smelled heavenly. We started with the garlic fries - delicious, crispy and tons of garlic - which was left over so we made use of the yummy breadsticks to scoop it up! I treated myself to a Long Island Ice Tea - one of the best I've had. Perfectly balanced, tasted like lemonade and then you get the kick in of all four liquors! Perfect. My husband got the chicken picata, delicious seasoning, perfectly cooked pasta. I got their nightly special of a stuffed crust pizza cooked in their wood fire over. So good and with more toppings than I could eat - including their specialty giant meatball! The dogs were happy to see us with our leftovers from that! Apparently this was a popular item that night and another server "stole" mine, so they had to make me another and while it was hardly any more waiting, they took it off my bill without being asked - good service for that and our server in general. Stops by to check, but doesn't hover. Nice expanded menu - just wish I had saved room for dessert!

Went to Titos for lunch... Feeling like a little Italian. Food was so-so. I had the chicken cordon calzone. It was lack luster. Wife had turkey bacon avocado melt that was ok. The side Caesar came with little if any Caesar dressing. Server was new.... Hopefully because the service was horrible and very rushed.

Stopped on our way to Spokane from Missoula. Stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant.....the aroma coming out of the here was fabulous!!!! We had their waffle type potatoes filled with lots of goodies ....heavenly. Then ordered 2 pizzas with delicious crust and fillings, chicken fettuccine alfredo and the pasta was so fresh and tasty along with a red sauce pasta. All 6 of loved everything we ordered!!! Took leftovers for dinner. Had the lava choc cake which is to die for. On our way back we stopped for the waffle type potatoes AGAIN and ate every last bite. The service was friendly and very helpful from the greeting at the door. Wait Staff was excellent!. Outside dining along Sherman. Clean and fun atmosphere. Very reasonable pricing and large quantities. Wish we had a place like this at home. Kid friendly and happy place to eat. We will be back on our next trip and have recommended to all our friends passing thru. YUMMY PS just because one of you had a bad phone experience, isn't a reason to give a poor review. You really missed out on a delicious meal.....your loss

Tito's is a couple steps below Olive Garden which I would not have thought possible. An example is a sandwich that consists of American cheese on panini bread that is grilled and sold for $7.50. Another is macaroni and cheese on a plate for $9 and then there is the buffalo meat balls on spaghgetti with red sauce. They have a good selection of pizza on the menu but seeing what they thought was a panini sandwich or Italian pasta, I was not going to give it a gamble. So it may have good pizza but forget about it for any pasta dish. Wine list had wines at the usual 5x markup and with no vintage information so I would definitely have them bring the bottle and check how young it is before they open and pour. I would pass on the wines by the glass for the same reason.

Restaurant is typical Italian faire with better than average specialty drinks. We had brought coupons from a nearby campground and even though they all were over the limit, he saved us 30.00; my drink was the Huckleberry Sangria, very tasty with a note of fruits in the beginning and a soft swallow of the red wine. I was surprised to notice that this drink came also in white. Figuring that this would be more feminine, I opted for red instead. My dinner was the baked mac n cheese. After all the place is called Tito's Macaroni. What was received was shells in a white cream sauce topped with parmesan. It was not baked as it said in the description. It also lacked any significant flavor. I could have made it at home. This has also been a trend in tourist towns- nothing with pepper, garlic or any spice :/ they are so afraid of losing customers that most things are bland. Now, I'm not expecting over powering the pallet, but something of a taste. Not mad of a restaurant trying to cater to all groups- but let some dishes be a risk. So far the best restaurant has been Deschutes Pub and Public House. So to sum up: Service- 3.5 Food-3 Drinks-4 Overall-If not wanting to spend lots of dough- this is the place. Not a pretentious place, but also better food than Olive Garden. Nothing wows, except for the drinks.

Nice convenient spot right by the resort, but not great food. We tried the chicken cordon blue calzone. It looked amazing. It tasted pretty mediocre, though. I feel that's something that should be easy to make delicious, but it wasn't. The bruschetta was covered in cheese...definitely different from bruschetta I've had before, and also mediocre. At least the specialty fruit drinks were good. Free refills are also a plus. That was the saving grace. Service was decent on a slow night in the winter.

Ugh.......another Hagadone restaurant that I can't stand; and I even tried them twice! After 22 years in Coeur d Alene, I finally try the Italian restaurant at the famous CDA Resort located in the area of downtown. We all love downtown, so why not? We are seated in the very back with other patrons and the place is very busy for a Friday night during the summer. After we are seated, the waiting begins......then we notice the other patrons are waiting and looking aimlessly around for a waiter. After a 15 minute wait we get water and our drink order taken......another 10-15 minutes later we have to ask for staff. To make a long story short, our adventure downtown for pizza ended up taking almost 2 hours and witnessed other patrons complaining as well. The manager apologized and asked for our address. A week later, a card with a $40.00 gift card arrives...... So....we decided to give them another try and ordered take out. Out of 3 pasta dishes 1 was good, the others tasteless. The take out dishes were only half filled with our order, the portions were ridiculously tiny - and the bill was over $60.00. Seems like another restaurant made for the tourists...............Never again.

Nice table..outside view..food, fair..had Cobb salad..not a fan of the grisselly bacon , had to get it replaced and that wasn't the best ..waiter, nice enough, however not knowledgeable about prices..or about giving us that yummy bread I've heard so much about..asked about the frys that are mentioned on line..with the cheese sauce..he replied 5.00..get bill and he forgot to mention the extra 4.oo something for cheese sauce..asked for vodka Martinis..he came back asking what kind of vodka?my daughter asked for the premium, how much extra?oh 50cents he replied....hmmmm ya times 3..as in 2.00.. Ya maybe not the most knowledgeable..

Love this place!!! Food was amazing but the service was even better! Ask for Tessa! She is adorable and extremely knowledgeable. We took all her recommendations and are leaving very happy Caprese, bruschetta, lasagna, and a great bottle of Nipozzano Chianti

This place is just really mediocre at best. Ate outside on a Sunday night. Server was friendly but brought bread and not napkins/silverware. Told her we were going to split a salad, most places will serve it on two plates, not here apparently. Pizza was pretty good but nothing special. One other annoyance, no bathroom in the restaurant, you have to go out to the mall.

Great place. Took the family, went for lunch. Very family friendly. Food was very good. Kids made their own pizza with the chef.

I had the Bistro steak & it was excellent. Wine selection was ok but I thought some white sweeter choices should be on their list. The closest I could find to a Moscato was a Reisling.

The place smelled delicious and the plates outside all looked good, so we decided to eat here. There was a wait to sit outside, but the inside was decorated nicely and still smelled incredible. The Caesar salad was pretty good -- the rest, not so much. We had the Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan, and the Cheese Tortellini with marinara instead of the meat sauce (+ alfredo). The alfredo literally tasted like nothing. It was watery, the cheese was all separated and stuck to the bottom of the plate, and there was maybe a faint hint of garlic. Maybe. The marinara and meat sauces slightly tasted like tomato, but were mostly watered-down, under-seasoned messes. Definitely not worth the $62 bill -- but we saved money on the tip because the service was awful. Our waiter was slow, clueless, and pretty much negligent. After seeing every other table with a basket of bread, we finally asked the waiter about it. Ten minutes later he came back with a basket of cold store-bought dinner rolls, promising to return with butter that never came. He didn't even offer to give us boxes -- not that we wanted them.

By far the best meal we had while on vacation. Our waiter Steven was great very attentive we had a party of nine. With three small kids they made pizza. The kids go to a pizza making station put on chef hats and make pizza. I had the Sherman pizza it was awesome, my hubby had three cheese pasta it was one of his favorite meals he ever ate. Lasagna fettuccine Alfredo were other guests orders all were great, price isn't bad for the great food and fun atmosphere expect to pay about 12-15 per person not including drinks.

Didn't actually eat there this visit & probably wont ever again...the young lady who answered the phone (calling to make reservations) was so incredibly rude, she damn near growled at me. Trying Angelo's instead...

I had the Chicken Piccatta and my hubby had the spaghetti and meatballs. They gave us a lot of garlic bread since it took a while to get the food but it was yummy. The young man who served us was very nice.

My mom, sister, and I went here after seeing that they had good reviews and seeing that it was close to our hotel. The reviews were completely incorrect. My family is Italian, and now none of us can eat Italian food anymore due to the absolutely revolting meal we were served. My sister's minestrone was completely undercooked and she found not one, not two, but three hairs in her pasta. My mother's pasta was cold. There was raw shrimp in the seafood dish I ordered. The service was very slow and the kitchen messed up on my mom's wine order. The women at the front desk were unfriendly and cold. The only positive things I have to say is that the stuffed mushrooms were good and that our server was cordial. My sister stated "I would've rather gone to Olive Garden."

Food is prettty good and reasonably priced . The décor inside is also not too bad for a small town Italian restaurant. As a matter of fact we ate there 3 times during our last stay, and one time the food came out 4 minutes after we ordered. Never experienced anything like this! Overall I would come back again.

I love Tito's! Great food, always tastes fresh and their garlic breadsticks are wonderful. The kids enjoy making their own pizzas and it's a fun restaurant for a quiet night out. I've had multiple pasta dishes and salads and I have loved all of them. Great place for families.

The food was exceptionally great! You can sit out on the quaint street here by the lake in the summer, as well as indoors. The service was very professional and kind. Definitely would love to come back!

I have always enjoyed their calzones. Regardless of the numerous makeovers through the years or changes in their name the have always been excellent. Children love making their own pizzas and I the summer it is nice to eat on the sidewalk. Always good and family friendly.

I got the Cheese Pizza ($10.95), Red Wine , & a side House salad with Creamy Balsamic ($3). I actually enjoyed my food & the atmosphere. Our server assisted me quite well. He showed me around the wines inside and brought my drinks and food in a timely manner. Contrarily the service was pretty terrible for my roommate. The server didn't bring her shirley temple for a solid twenty minutes all the while I'm halfway done with a bottle of wine. She ordered pizza and specifically asked for two items to be removed, pizza was brought with these ingredients still on. Long story short they brought her something different and then kindly comped her whole meal. I'd go back if I wasn't paying. It's not worth the amount of money.

Surprised by the low average review. Sure when I came the Saturday of Ironman weekend both the hostesses were very rude and unprofessional and one server was clearly tanked, but other than that it was a pretty good meal. I noticed a lot of complaints in other reviews are about the food, but for what it is I thought the food was really good. Personally I didn't like the free bread sticks brought to the table, but I liked everything else. I ordered the side caprese salad and chicken piccata. For $4 the side caprese was great- the flavor was excellent, it was plated beautifully and I was surprised by the quality based on how cheap it was. The chicken piccata was very good as well. Yes it is not authentic Italian food, but it was really good and on par with the majority of Italian restaurants. Don't come expecting handmade pasta and you will have a fine meal. Side note- a lot of the other bad reviews mentioned pizza which I didn't try so maybe just stay away from that. I would also like to point out they have a decent selection of wines at amazingly cheap prices. You can either order a bottle from the menu or walk over to their little wine store area and bring it to your table for a $6 corking fee. The vast majority of the wines were under $30! Overall the food was good, the wine was reasonably priced and it was a good meal. If they can just get new hostesses and avoid the servers drinking on the job I think they would do well.

We stopped here when our 1st choice for the night was sold out. Cocktails were great. I had eaten here before on a trip through the area and was super disappointed they had changed the garlic bread. The food was satisfactory and. somewhat overpriced for italian. Waitress (Aubree) was stellar!

We went here for a Wednesday lunch. After sitting for 10 minutes without being noticed, the service improved. Pizza was very good, as was the Long Island Ice Tea. The fries that came with a kids meal were very well seasoned, but the chicken strips were basic. The "side" Caesar Salad was very tasty, and huge for a $3 price tag. The bonus garlic bread that every table gets was tasty and gets replenished whenever you want. Overall, we were pleased. They have this cute kids option, where they are given a chef's hat and apron, and are taken away to make their own pizzas. Many of the little ones had fun doing this.

Apparently this joint got a giant renovation and new management-- I am a wildly picky eater from Seattle and I'll tell you this much: It's delicious! Reasonable prices for the gourmet taste you get. Friendly staff, cute patio, and all the yuppy tastes just like in the city. Only 3 bucks for a berry lemonade-- Perhaps I'm just ripped off in Seattle but this is a steal. Oh, and free garlic bread. A lot of free garlic bread. Ordered the Mediterranean pizza (oily goodness) and candied walnut / chicken salad (so I could feel "healthy"). 1 pizza can easily feed 2 people.

Terrible service. Let me preface this by saying both of us have been in the restaurant industry for a long time and have done almost every job within that industry. When we walked in, there were only two occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We asked to sit by the window and were made to feel like they really did not want us to sit anywhere but where they were trying to seat us. Bad hostess. We were the only table that this server had at the time that we were there. The server wasn't listening to us during our ordering and I repeated myself a few times and my lunch date also repeated what I ordered. The bread came out wrong so he had to bring us a new one. The appetizer came out wrong and the server did not check back so it was left on the edge of our table. The entre came out wrong also and one had clearly been sitting under heat for too long. The server seemed to have no idea what he did wrong on the entre which was baffling to me as we had explained about 5 times. We didn't eat anything because we couldn't eat it the way it was brought out and there was no attempt to fix anything. No manager came to the table. We were in Tito's about 30 mins all together and left hungry. We weren't really being picky, just wanted their tomato marinara which had no meat in it. We always check menus online before we eat out to make sure that I can get meatless items without making a restaurant having to accommodate me too much. Not what I would expect from a Hagadone place. After telling a few people about our experience, they mentioned that Tito's does not have a very good reputation. We won't be going there again. I should have checked yelp b/c there are quite a lot of bad service reviews. I hope they get their act together for the sake of CDA's restaurant culture.

Not sure why all the bad reviews...sounds like they have made some changes....but from what our group discovered, was some of the BEST FOOD around! 5-steps ABOVE Olive Garden! Hands Down! We were a party of 9 and everybody was very pleased with their food! Calzone, 3-Cheese Ravioli, Lasagna, Chicken Parm, Italian sausage & Peppers, Caprese Salad, Pizza, Kids Build your own Pizza....Everything EXCELLENT! Jesse was our server, couldn't have been better! Thank you Jesse! We went in around 6:30...had made reservations, got there at 6:40 and were sat immediately:) The place was quite full, So again....Not sure why the bad reviews, but try it for yourself and ENJOY!

Our family of 5 was on our way through town on a vacation roadtrip and stopped in here after spending some time on the lake. We requested a table on the sidewalk, since it was a nice day. We really enjoyed the food. We ordered two pizzas (chicken pesto and Italian meat, about $15 each). They were both delicious and loaded with toppings. We had two side Caprese salads ($4 each), which were excellent (nice balsamic dressing, lots of bufalo mozzarella, juicy heirloom and cherry tomatoes), and a Mediterranean appetizer (hummus, olives, roasted garlic, basil, etc. with lightly toasted pita -- about $8). The waitress first brought a basket of garlic bread (lots of garlic butter on sliced baguette), then the salads, then the appetizer, and then the pizzas. Each was well-timed to arrive when we were finishing the previous course. The wait staff was typical for a restaurant of this type and price range -- ok, but not excellent. For me, the food is the most important thing, and this place did that just fine. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and left disappointed. The food was delicious (gorgonzola waffle fries, chicken piccata, bacon and blue cheese macaroni) but the service was really bad. Our order was taken quickly and our food arrived in a decent amount of time, but then our server disappeared. My husband asked for a second beer when our food arrived, but she didn't bring it until just a few minutes before she brought the check. When the check did arrive, she slapped it on the table and yelled over her shoulder, "thanks for coming in!" I had to flag her down to ask to see a dessert menu and get a few boxes for our leftovers. The boxes arrived 10 minutes later and the dessert we ordered never arrived. At least we didn't have to pay for the dessert we never got, because she had already given us the check. In addition to that, halfway through our meal they moved the tables around and put a large party right behind my chair. I ended up getting bumped 4 times- twice by customers, twice by staff, the customers apologized, the staff did not. Very disappointed.

Expensive and pretentious. Our server seemed somewhat inexperienced and when we ordered a bottle of the wine featured on the special sheet, she said "oh that's only available by the glass because its left over from an event we had". First of all, yuck, and second of all if that's the case then don't put a bottle price on the menu. The corking fee is also nuts... This isn't a BYO. You're buying the wine FROM THEM. Food was tasty and the presentation was lovely, but the overall experience was just ok.

We went at lunch time ad the service was good. Garlic Bread came right after we order our food. We had soup and salad, garlic chicken pizza. The thin crust is wonderful. We had a good experience and will go back to try other dishes.

There is not really to much to say about this place other than it is SUB-PAR; I suppose folks go there who are visiting town. Hey tourists if you want good Italian hit up Tomato street its 3-4 miles away and yummy as all heck. I'd give you directions but just Yelp it.

Decent atmosphere, great location, but the food is absolutely terrible. Pizza tasted like it was made from frozen crust, we threw away two minimally consumed pizzas it was so bad. Seriously, I haven't paid for food this bad since the Houston airport. Beer was flat...twice...after that acceptance set in. Fire Artisan Pizza is right down the street and way way better. If you want Italian, Tomato Street, Angelo's, Wine Cellar, or yes, even Olive Garden would be far better. They took an outrageously long time to prepare our meal, seriously it was 45 minutes to make two likely frozen pizzas. More bad Hagadone food, known locally as "Hagafood."

Here's why we like Titos: My kid gets to go with the chef, don a tall white hat and make his own pizza. Service and food is hiy and miss, but hat's not why we're there, I do like the minestrone soup and the steamed clams, but it's really about my youngest son thinking he's the chef that truly that makes a stop at Tito's delightful.

I like Tito's. Food, ok, maybe not so great but the waitress are great, cute, and reliable! (There are 5 Katie's so make sure you know which one you are looking for ;) ). Sweet old Gertrude mans the kitchen and makes a mean minestrone. Plus how can you argue with a place that has Tuesday night bar bingo...with a win of four free drinks! Embrace it while you can because it's closing to build a bar next year. Great location for the holiday lights and I have to agree the garlic bread rocks!

The service was so slow! Never given bread, very slow to get drinks, didn't get the correct ones and not offered dessert. The food was so-so. Would not go back.

So I actually came here to the restaurant with a friend and our coach and the food was really bad except for the garlic bread. The service was pretty good and we loved Mike! Will I go back? Maybe just for pizza.

Fabulous. Great food at good prices and the service was great. Unique flavoring throughout. It must have changed hands; Now Tito's Italian Grill. Google the new name, the chef's bio is on the menu. It has an adjacent bar. Right on the main drag of Coeur d'alene.

Better than I expected, pizzas are good, large, and served hot and taste good. Mozzarela appetizers are good too. Didn't try other plates. Nice that it is in "The Shops" so you can get back to the CDA resort by walking under covered walkways if it's raining.

Not very high on my list. Food is ok, service ok, but there are better choices for your money. The one good thing they have going is the kids make their own pizza thing where they get to wear and keep the chefs hat.

Kid friendly. Good garlic bread (kept asking for more!) and Smoked Chicken Alfredo. Service was just alright.

If you are interested in Italian fare, skip this place. It has the feel of a commercialized chain with the taste and presentation much below even chain restaraunt standards. The pasta is disgraceful and the wine list is basically what you would find on the lower shelves at a supermarket. The wine that is displayed on the tables is actually filled from Franzia boxes. Due to the joints location it remains open based on the fact that it gets filled in the summers by tourists who do not know any better.

Thin, watery food. This is not the joint for Italian. The only redeeming qualities are the cute servers and crayons to draw on the tablecloth. Don't go here.

There's a reason why they put a bottle of wine on the table for you to serve yourself--the cheerful, 'cute' and inattentive waitresses are most likely capable of only serving about one thing an hour. And like Laurie said--the kids get to make pizzas probably for the same reason....come to think of it, perhaps someone's kids made my dinner, too. Looked like it--tasted like it.

We were extremely disappointed by the service in this restaurant. Wish I would have believed the reviews that have already established this. The place was busy but not packed. Our waitress was more concerned with the table next to us, which seemed to be a group of her friends. One of our friends was in the restroom when she took the drink orders, and she never came back to get the order. We never got any garlic bread (which was on every other table). My friend had asked if she could have mushrooms omitted from her meal, the waitress said yes, then 20 min later came back and said sorry, they couldn't take out the mushrooms. By this time we were so hungry we said just bring it (since all the other meals were ready), but there was so much cream sauce on it that it was hard to pick out the mushrooms. She never asked us if we wanted our drinks refilled (we did). She never asked if we wanted dessert (we did). Then at the end she finally stayed at the table longer than 2 seconds and apologized for the meal my friend didn't eat, but made sure to let us know it wasn't her fault, the cooks had JUST let her know. It was annoying because it was obvious we weren't happy and that her tip was going to suffer, so THEN she started being attentive. Besides the horrible service the drinks were pretty good. The food was okay, except dishes with cream sauce were DROWNING in the sauce, so hard to tell what was under it. As we walked out we asked to speak with a manager, but were given a business card instead. I would never go back here unless management changed.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
